Sprint STINKS

Last week I paid my Sprint PCS bill on line at Sprint.com. They didn't credit my account, the money is still sitting in my bank account, and now they want a late fee! Like it is my fault their website didn't do it's job!

I <3 Verizon! Had them in the past and loved them. And the minute my Sprint contract expires or as soon as I can afford to get out of it, I'm switching back!
