Don't Mess With the Portland Water Bureau

The Lede blog of The New York Times writes . . .
Three teenagers probably weren’t the first to turn a fountain in downtown Portland, Oregon, into a multi-tiered monument to the bubble bath this summer. But they were the first to get caught. And unfortunately for Nolan Cunningham, one of the suspects, a ticked off city administrator isn’t going to let it slide.
